I want to see the one the factory guys run.
It will need a cr rear shock tower. I love the XXTcr type arms in the rear. And axles and wheels I can do something with.
About time Losi!

This one goes to the top of my x-mas list

Now what they need is the kit for us with old XXXTs just seting to make them a SC. With the cr goodies in it.

Why put out a truck on a supposedly soon to be obsolete XXX platform? Atleast all the rumors lead to the next gen of Losi cars to be moving to a new platform Maybe the XXX SCT is to help deplete the stock of old parts

The truck does look pretty sweet and was very overdue

Seriously lame I just bought a Kyosho, because this thing didn't exist. where the heck is the 4WD version. Of course it might be next summer before a race version is released.

Yes guys, this is real and its really nice. I had a chance to see the original CAD drawings way back in March and the actual trucks at the end of August. There's a lot if intricate details that have gone into this thing. The tires are based off of the Eclipse 1/8-scale buggy tire which is one of the best outdoor buggy tires out there. As far as compound they're coming in the Blue compound. I just posted the preview video I shot with Keith Whisler and this is going to be one bad mamma-jamma

Hmm.. Might have to think about picking one up. Says December for an ETA on these. Think that's pretty accurate Gary?

Several "factory" guys are already running the truck and have been for some time now. I can guarantee that by the time the truck is released for sale there will be a laundry list of team driver setups available to the public.

Pictures of Casey's truck have already been posted:
shortcoursehobbies.com/blog

New Components:
Bumpers F,R
Chassis with Nerfs, Servo brace, Battery Strap
CR-Style Arms (5mm shorter than CR), will accommodate VLA
Reinforced T-plate
12mm Wheel Hexes in Rear
Wheels (very different from the Strike)
Front Axles
Tires
Adjustable Body Mounts (obviously)
Body

It's very, very competitive out-of-the-box (made me look good going around the track), but I'll let Casey and others speak to it's track prowess.

It's not a race kit, but a lot of work went into this truck to make it race-worthy. I think it will surprise you.

Regards,

Keith H

December is accurate. Before, or by, Christmas is the goal.

It looks okay. I'm not drooling or anything.

The body is nice. I may grab one for my Hyper 10sc.

Losi needs to push out a roller of this truck and perhaps a RTR Brushless like the SC10rtr.
