I'm finishing up getting a tc4 ready to run in the VTA class so i will post back and let you know when I run it. Anyone with any advice on TC4 setup for VTA would be much appreciated, especially in the area of gearing. i will be running with a brushed setup to start, and have purchased a Reedy Stockstar. The stock spur is in the car, but I'm not sure what pinion to run.

I have had a lot of fun with the TB02 and TA05. The limiting factors with the TB02 were the gearing and the lack of a readily-available spool, and now that both of those problems have been eliminated I'm really getting back into them. One is set up for VTA now and I have another pretty fresh one I haven't decided what to do with yet.
