If you would rather not run the motor in reverse...you can flip the front and rear differentials. It's a very simple and popular setup for this buggy.

Well guys, Mindthoughts and danulmer18 got the two hyper 9e buggies that i had for sale. Both are great guys that are highley recomended to deal with. Mindthoughts is west coast and danulmer18 is out of australia. Both guys do exactly what they say, and they give great communication. +1 for both on the trader ratings.

Thanks for the positive words Jube. Long story short...I went into the Dr.'s office to have my wrist checked. Diagnosis: tendonitis, carple tunnel, and a cyst in the tendon fascia. The Dr. decided a cortizone injection was needed.

The insurance company viewed this as an office "procedure" and billed me as such. Now add to that the fact that our insurance suxxxx and I am left with out of pocket expenses of over $4000.

I WAS debt free except for a house payment. I dropped all but one credit card "for emergencies". I can't in good heart walk around playing with the cars knowing that my family will suffer if something comes up.

SOOOO I Say "FAMILY FIRST UNTIL THE BILLS ARE PAID" If all goes well I will be clear again by December and will start saving up for more toys to replace the lost ones (may have to add a pitty toy for myself just because I love me and think I deserve it).

Just down...not out! I'll be back soon!!!!!

(support law enforcement salaries going up...I can get back sooner!!!)

Again thanks everybody.

I'm running a 7955MG. I liked the speed and torque of the 985MG I ran before, which is ideal for short course, but not as durable as the 7955 for the Hyper.

I like to run the DS1013. I don't like a super fast servo because it makes the car harder to drive for me. I have had a .07 servo in it and it was so instantaneously fast that I was all over the place. I guess I could have dialed in some expo, but why not just run a slower servo.

Just my preference

Default Custom carbon from Wes Brown (OutFrontFrames.com)

Sorry for the delay but here are the pics of the custom carbon parts that were designed by my friend Wes Brown. He can design carbon parts for just about any vehicle. The only thing he doesn't do is the chassis. Please check out his website (outfrontframes.com) and contact him for pricing.

rock guards and rear shock tower

front shock tower

custom Hyper9e motor fan mount (reduces motor temp at least 30-40 degrees...cooler motor = more efficient output and longer life)

servo/esc tray

And here's the link to the pics that he uploaded:
