the shores range from 35-45, meaning the lower # the softer and the higher # the harder

I like to use 42'f and 40'r. Sometimes on very rare times when the traction is at an absolute low I got 40-37.

if the track has no traction, use soft foams
if the track has a lot of traction, use harder foams
best starting point.... check your fellow racers and ask what shore they use.

I know I like the Jaco Nitro Shoes. These tires can be found for cheap , they are made for nitro touring. The compounds are setup accordingly so they also last longer on these cars. You can find these for $9 shipped a pair.
I also hear the hpi foam tire is also pretty nice, but those cant be had for cheap.

I`ve found the Ellegi foams to be good......the GQ tyres are also very good and are very strong.

Form Tires
The Twister Tires,do they come in 2mm off set for the MTX3? And can you just run 2mm off set in the front and 0mm in the rear?
