From what I've read and experimented with

With out cutting or grinding 76t spur, 47t pinion, 4.04 FDR (72t spur doesn't work with this setup)

With grinding 72t spur, 54t pinion, 3.33 FDR

How about the biggest 48p spur gear to fit it, please?

No idea. I don't think any one here would really try to fit a large spur. Most of us are after a lower FDR so we're trying to fit smallest spur.

Tech tip - don't listen to George. (before somebody gets all mad and reports this to a moderator, George is a cool guy that I know and race with IRL and I'm just giving him a hassle)

My motor plate is untouched. The part you grind out is the plastic motor spacer. Or the aluminum one if you want. I'll even do it for you if you want.

I think is enough for me, due i run 5.1 fdr in 13.5 blinky on small track, that's why i asked it.
