I have dealed with them before, they are a chinese business operating with an australian website. Not the best customer service and their site isn't accurate with stock levels.
They sent me an email recently saying they are operating via http://www.rc-model.com.au/, your tamiya-shop.com.au account should work there.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They are legit in that I have ordered an item and they sent it about 2-3 times over the last year or so. They were just slow.

I bought something from rc-model.com.au last week. Only took 7 days to get here but definitely come from Hong Kong. Got all the pre and post order emails... Seemed ok ...
