Are the VMX ib4200's shipped with some charge in them?

FYI, EA matched cells are left with 2000mAh, according to the site, to help prevent self discharge issues, and they ship directly to the consumer.

I'm just wondering how I could improve my chances of getting fresh cells that didn't self discharge, after being shipped to the middleman and sitting around for a while before I get them.

They are shipped nearly fully charged - 4000mAh.

Someone could probably answer this more specifically...

Sean is still with AE. Sean is working with Tommy and Rick on the Reedy line as well as the 12l5 I think.

Sean Cochran is still working as the AE motor and battery guru. He attends races to support the team and works in the office helping develop new products, including testing the 12L5.

This might be the wrong thread but do you have any idea where the Reedy Touring Car Race of Champions will be this year? Can you point me in the direction of where to find the info? Thanks ahead of time.
