Hey Dude, I couldn't agree more!
How can you use a self made coat hanger, when an aftermarket company is selling you a precision made, high strength, aerodynamically optimised exhaust support system for a sh.tload of money?

Only a moron would go for the home made device, correct?

Ooops, guess that makes me a moron as well, since I always bend my hangers from piano wire.. Damn!!

I've put something like that in a pinch but I always replaced it asap....lol

When the guy asked about the Kawahara hanger, I thought he was reffering to the Handle in front of the motor....

If I'm sitting second on the grid in the A-main. I could care less what it looks like as long as it FUNCTIONS. My car was meant to race not a shelf queen. Once the race is over then it's time to replace it. But best believe that hanger is still in my pitbox just case I need it. I'm not. I like to race but I love to win at all cost.

Race you later....

try it first, should not be a major difference as the parts are still sitting on the cut-off areas.. you can then tweak the settings from there.

Best is to know the difference first so that it may aid you if you are running on a different track that requires that sort of set up.

you prob experience better turn-in as it is a stiffer chassis.

Just in time. I just rebuilt my whole 2 speed clutch assembly with new shoes, springs, housings, 2-speed shaft, and everything else.
