Are you a Futaba employee, JonnySocko?

One of the team drivers told me he is getting a transmitter with a touch screen, so I am just curious why you are so confident that there is no such radio coming out?

The obvious difference is the antenna wire... other than that ... who knows.

That rumor is both true and false.

Airtronics WAS working on and alomst launched a version until Spektrum beat them to the punch.

Airtronics has since decided to cancel the module type sytem (such as Spektrum and now Futaba) and are coming out with their own complete raido system that is supposed to be more advance than the current offerings...similar to Nomando.

I was told next fall for release.

Hi guy's

I've just bought a Futaba T3VC radio and I'm looking at upgrading to 2.4GHz.

Which module would you recommend? and is the receiver out yet that doesn't have an aerial wire sticking out at all?
Thanks

Skiddins

The Futaba 2.4GHz system was tested at the IIC warmup race in Ohio this weekend without any problems. The driver using it told me he could not tell the difference between the 2.4Ghz system and the 75MHz HRS system he has been using, as far as response was concerned.

It looks really good, hopefully it will be available soon.
