Apart from in some areas of the North of England and Scotland, where Pants do also mean trousers

Well, being winter in Europe, one would froze anywhere anyway ... just ask our friend over there who is planning on running over to Floriday just to start his engine up!

But I hear somebody else is worst ! He warms himself up looking at webcams.

That's because up north, men wear skirts (errr ... I mean kilts) and pants can only mean something significant enough to keep your kneecaps from freezin' matey!

You should move up-north next Sow - then you really know the meaning of winter - I'll keep my -10 C temps here in Germany

My friend, I've lived in a country further north than the top most tip of Scotland ... -25 was the median temp between Sept of one year to April of the following year!

You don't understand, Sow - Scotland and North of England have a cold which is undescribable - even though the median temp is somewhere around 0 degrees, the air is so damp and the wind so strong that it feel worse than -25.
We have days of -20 here, too and I tell you I won't be exchanging these temps for a northern winter
