There was an article in one of the magazines a month or 2 ago...maybe little longer that had a really informative layout of all of the differences between a ball diff, one-way, and spool.

It even gave examples and track sizes of which would be the best to use and when.

Anyone know if there is an online copy or even which mag/issue it is in? I have looked through all of the ones I can find at home now and dont see it and am not sure if it is in one of the ones I let a friend borrow or if I have just over looked it or waht.

More than likely is in one of:
R/C Car
RC Driver
Radio Control Car Action
Xtreme RC

those are the ones I usually read, but it may have been something else. For some reason I am leaning towards R/C Car or RC DRiver


any ideas?

Like I said though a good online article would work just as well if anyone knows of a good one.

I'll help you lean toward the right magazine. It was Xtreme RC Cars. Issue 100 (March 2004).
