slowpokeRRR.... yes, the starter box IS included. It also comes with an Orion SuperDuty Plus 3000 mah battery with Deans plugs installed on the battery and starter box. Also comes with the original glow plug ignitor and fuel bottle. And also the original buggy body and buggy parts left over from the conversion. Also not pictured but included are a brand new set of Kyosho ST wheels and tires. All in all... it's a really great deal. I hate to sell it but it's just not being used.
