hmm I will hopefully be able to get a dual one-way setup end of this month... anyhow today suprising results... with the slower, no torque no top-end tamiya sports tuned (gear @ 120/45 btw) suprisingly my lap-times improved.... must be because of the lower speed can handle the car better, allowing me to take the better lines.... proves I need so much more practise with faster motors...

OT: Have u guys seen nitro cars with foams?! I played with a bunch of serpent impulses with foam tires, and they were taking the dual hairpins like eletric cars! Ahh!

The One Way's will feel very different, BTW, and much harder to drive than Ball Diffs/Pulley.

Be smooth with the throttle. That's one thing I learned that helped me alot when trying out one ways with my Pro 3.

But i usually head down to yuan ching to play. The track (carpark) there is so clean.

do away with traction compound.
stiffen the suspension
or use anti roll bar.
rem my practise run, my car keep traction rolling
then i change the suspensin to stiffer spring
and it works

Try 70 to 80wt shock oils with heavier springs like white in front and blue rear. Try playing around with the camber link positions too. This works well for me on the carpet

nope... one of the reasons is 'cause I got no idea how to setup the car for carpet, and didn't have enough tires. Only got one set of the express radials which supposedly great on carpet... next series or tamiya series, I will be there
