I'll second what others have said, both cars are very good and capible of winning any given day. The Tamiya shocks are really nice, but the car is more fragile. Ths biggest difference is in the build; xray is hands down the easiest car to build with each subassembly in there own pouches no hunting for the right part. Tamiya is 180 the other way, pour the contents of the box out and start hunting for sll the parts.

thanks butter, well I plan on racing it at the Village raceway MDI in Royal Palm Beach. I know you are familiar with the track. I set up my front to be one-way, my question is will this aluminum middle one way be effective in these circumstances, thanks.
