Just leave it charged, peak it when you get to the track and run it in practice then discharge/tray it for the 2nd qualifer. Use a different pack for the 1st heat and the Main!

On a side not, can we expect a common pack voltage to be 1.24+ with these new cells?

How heavy are these new 4600s compared to the old 4200s?

Voltage on our high end packs is 1.235+

Our racers at the Novak race are very happy with the power of these new cells and so far we have a few TQs after 2 rounds so we know the cells are competitive.

It seems like our desperate competitor had sent an email to its employees/drivers saying to get online and discredit our new cell. It seems that Chad and Dieter decided to respond by posting what they did and now they look ridiculous as the EnerG cells are doing real well and feedback is great.

I just got two packs today and the numbers were: 1.235-1.237, 1.3-1.4 ir, and 440 plus runtime. I hope to try them out on Sunday.

We're seeing a lot of 1.238-1.240 packs out of what we're sorting through. Good runtime, less discarded cells than the last few batches of IB's. More consistent #'s through the entire batch it appears.

Hey guys, I just got a few 4600 packs. I know a few pages back someone asked about Tekin's Battery Nurse. What's the concensus about useing it on these new cells. Of what I'm reading you really don't treat them too much different than the 4200's. At least how I normally treat my cells. I don't kill them, and like most racers. I try to get the best out of a pack while keeping the cells in good shape. Not to make Tekin lose sales here but do you think a Battery Nurse would improve preformance over the standard method. Standard meaning, using a tray equalizer and keeping a charge in the cells from race day to race day. Thanks all!!!

I have been reading some of the posts in the topic on the trinity cells and it just comes accross a pathetic what they are saying about other cells including the Ener-G. This topic has a totally different atmosphere where most seem interested about how these cells will perform rather than trying to discredit everything else.

For me its not just about how well the cells perform, but also I would say that SMC and Pro-Match seem to conduct themselves in a much more professional manner.

I tried to find out if I bought Enrich Power cells in the UK for the new season, if they would have had to have gone through Trinity at some stage. I didn't really get a sensible answer to that, so I will most likely be switching to Ener-G in the spring. Especially if they become EFRA/BRCA approved.

I dont think the battery nurse will not hurt the cells and might slow down the aging process a bit, but there is really no way to tell other than to use the nurse on one pack and not on another and watch how the cycles hold over time. Tekin is a quality company, and I like thier products, I think the battery nurse is good, and won't hurt a thing.

Aren't these new cells really cool looking, and fast
