+1 on that digital servos buzz if they are under load...flick your accelerator towards brake a fraction and it will probably stop buzzing as it self centres.. but yes if your throttle spring is too stiff it will buzz and yes if you leave it like this for ages the motor will eventually heat up and possibly die..how fast this happens depends on how high the torque of your servo is (higher torque=lower gearing = less strain on the motor) and how over stiff the spring is..if flicking the servo in the opposite direction doesn't centre it and stop the buzzing then you can either shorten the current spring or look for one with thinner wire ..ie a softer spring...if you use a softer spring it will most likely have closer windings so make sure at full brake it doesn't become solid and push your carb..
this said when driving your throttle/brake servo is pretty much in motion the whole time so this is not an issue but personally as part of my build quality I would consider this a poor setup.maybe I'm just too anal/nerdy
