Marty, speaking of projects; whatever happened to the 1/10 Lotus 49 you were working on? I am an old time F1 fan who first got into it in the early 1960s' when Jim Clark and Lotus(my all-time favorite driver and team) ruled F1 and I would dearly love to see you complete that car. I hope you haven't given up on it.
Please update us on any progress and pics if you have any.

CRC or Corally diff in F1
Has anyone tried to get an CRC or Corally diff
in the F103 tamiya.
I tried to find bearings to fit the different axle sizes.
No solution found yet.
has anybody else ?
The tamiya diff is too heavy and not easy to get right because it is too complicated.
The Tamiya Axle is 6 mm the Corally 6,9 mm and the CRC 6,35 mm
the tamiya motorplate with adjustable ride height has a hole 10mm.
Does an bearing 6,35 x 10 mm exist ?
in the F103 tamiya.

For the F103 class...if they will let you. Is the MP3/8 at www.mlpmotorsports.net. It has the same dimensions as the 103's but uses the Viper chassis and better rear pod setup with front and rear F103 axles and wheels. If they won't let you play with that car then get the V103, Viper, or Viper Venom and mess up their whole day for being a bunch of namby pamby's.
Seriously, The car is at the top of the heap for that class. Everyone says it is the car Tamiya should have built to chase the big dogs out there. MLP just did it first. And did it better.

Dangit Oscar! You're killing me. I've been trying to get people over here to have a rain race since the Road Wizard days. I don't think racers could be paid to get wet over here. Those guys in Japan have it nailed...just race! That's what it's about. Great pics!
