would be a great idea if we could have some folks bring a spare 2 tents for the driver stand (With bungies to tie down) I’m sure everyone would appreciate it

Going to be a big hat day

First off, I want to thank everyone for sticking it out with us on Saturday. Computer issues happen when you least expect it and, unfortunately, it resulted in a 4-hour delay. I promise it won't happen again.

It did turn out to be a great day of racing with some surprise faces showing the veterans what's up! Job well done to both the F1 and F2 groups for tackling the rough Revelation Raceway track.

I've got the pre-race graphics done showing the results of Round 2 of the 2019/2020 UF1 Season:

Check out the standings here:

Formula 2 Standings:

F1 Constructors:
Formula 1 Constructor's Championship - 2019/2020

Full Race Recap and Photo Gallery coming soon!

Thanks everyone!

Those Side by side grid starts were very cool and very fun at round 4 (and probably made great pics). Perhaps the last 4 rounds of the season could have that as well. Definitely more realistic than single file starts like at round 1 of the season

We have a full set of these and will be giving them a good test session soon. Might be another alternative tire!

You know, could also be fun to have a thing where you have to use all 3 sets for all 3 mains. Could even be a thing where the top 4 qualifers have to use the soft tires in main 1 and that would give the rest of the grid the option to use the hards in main 1 and then save their softs for main 2 or 3

Not yet. Just have to get around to doing it.

At the moment, I think the record is in the high 30's for the number of cars. I think we can take that...

So with a 60% chance of rain, any word on rescheduling the race? Seems weather will not cooperate

Yes, I posted something on the Facebook page as well as an email blast.

Honestly, those are my preferred forms of contact - you should join at least one of those for up-to-the-minute reports.

Is anyone in SoCal running the Roche F1 EVO?

I have some front suspension questions...

So with the covid 19 taking storm in the world, will the eight round of the season be called off, or rescheduled?

Personally, i’m parking all of my RC activity's until the situation pans out.

Plus, looks like rain yet again

Funny - just posted something about this on the UF1 site: Coronavirus and the UF1

And yes - the threat of rain AGAIN! I'll wait until later in the week to make the call on it.
