And speaking of 'pissed of racers' you should see the group down here that were screwed out of 4 transponders by your beloved Rob, they will have to take the very limited funds available to them to purchase replacement transponder for those that Rob has, or has lost

I appologize to those I have offended, that is not my intention, my only intention is to resolve the transponder issue with Rob, since he refuses to do so I'm here till it is resolved

Thankx, Bill
You are the one that don't understand that the matter is between you and Rob not any of us and if it was up to me I would tell you to go F--k yourself and not worrie about your transponders or money if I was Rob.
You can keep posting cause no one is going to help you out anyway so go ahead and wast your time.

Yes Sir, I can. I am currently working on some now.
Do you have the AMB20 Black ones or the AMBrc Red handouts?

I charge 20$ a piece and will give a warranty of 12 months on the battery. If I do 10, you get free parcel post return shipping. If I do 20 you receive free priority mail return shipping.

Let me know what you need done.

speedybill,
rob is a good dude...i dont know no other than that holds a charity race and breaks down in tears at the end of the raceday giving a speech.coming on here the first time and getting his attention was prolly ok..but i do agree its not kool to keep getting on here and having it out with people.you guys need to handle ur problems outside this thread....no ifs and or buts about it.so i would appreciate if i can get on here and read about race things...not some dude complaining about problems he had with a guy.

Morris
I totaly agree
But Rob won't work with me in any way
I know about the Charity race
I even inquired in our pm's about how it went
I have sent him my personal ph number TWICE
I have e-mailed him, so I know he has my e-mail addy
I have called the track
PM'd him
there is no other way to have any contact with him but thru this thread and possibly his friends and racers
I have offered payment for his services but no reply
I have offended many of Altoona racers and that is not my intention
and I'm sure they would probably do the same if they were in my shoes

I have tried to be 'Adult' about this issue and I just want it to be over
but I will not allow our Club to be messed over for 4 transponders working or not

Thankx, Bill

Billy Boy,
I am sure contacting USPS about the shipped merchandise and or the insurance claim would be a better more effective route to take rather then start a ball of mess on our thread. No one can help you out, we have nothing to do with it. All that are involved are, YOU, ROB, USPS. We did not fix your transponders, we never seen them. If you have a issue and Rob dont want to help out as you state, contact USPS and see what your rights are and the actions you can take. I am sure they have laws and regulations over these matters.

PS. If the transponders and insurance check both got lost in the mail. You need to recheck the shipping information to see if it correct.

Arrow Ahahahaha

I love it

bill just said right there that he would pay what he owes

this is such a joke, he says he paid with a check, so call
yer bank, cancel the check, PAY the man what u owe him and get your transponders, I think Rob made all that pretty clear...

And no one realy cares about the pm's if u missed that....

That is what makes you such a poor spokesman in the matter, if you aren't going to read the information then the best thing is to leave it alone. If you read the pm's you will see that Bill asked what he owes and never received an answer. He was also told that the transponders were shipped and lost, then he was told that USPS sent him a check but it was lost as well, then he was told that they were never even worked on.

I'm sure that Rob appreciates you having his back and all but it would be better if you actually took the time to read a little so you would know what you are typing about. Saying that you haven't even read them really gets rid of any of your credibility in the matter.

If you don't care then that is perfectly fine, you certainly aren't required to. However, I would be willing to bet that you would care if it was your club that was ripped off and couldn't even get so much as a phone call from the "stand up guy" that has them. A phone call is not too much to ask from anyone. This entire matter could be resolved with a simple five minute phone call. Just think, one call and you all would be free of speedybill forever.
