For 64 pitch I like the Axon spur gears
For 48 pitch I like the 3Racing spur gears
I haven't tried the 48 pitch on the 419x but I think the it's thin enough to fit between the center pulleys ?
Just my 2$

My problem with 48p is getting down to 3.2 fdr. It's been difficult to find a brand that has teeth at around 65 that also have the right fit for the pulley.

Robinson makes a 66t 48p spur gear and hirosaka makes a 65t spur that is very thin...

Yes but the Robinson spur is too thick. Kimbrough spur gears have the wrong drill hole pattern. I ordered a 69T for the serpent cars. I assume its made by Axon.

Then the hirosaka spur will be best at 3mm thickness. It might be hard to find...

Has anyone try the Arrowmax Spur Gear?
Can buy some 48dp with 78 teeth.
