RAT Raceway

Hello All
Are you ready for another great race season at RAT Raceway???? This year looks to be better then years past with more track inprovements and a even better race schedule.
This year RAT will be racing every weekend! Every other race will be Sportsman Race day at a discount race price ! Other races will be RAT series races. Upper level drive will be invited to race on sportsman days but will not be allowed to place on the podium.

This season RAT will be running 3ea Seven min quals and a 30 min A-Main for all series club races.

For our Sportsman race days we will be running 2ea Five min Quals and a 20 min A-Main.



1st 2nd and 3ed will receive metals for all Sportsman and Club Series races. We will also be awarding trophies for the Point series Champions at the last race of the season.

We are also running the Colorado State Nitro Series (C.S.N.S.) 2 track series (this year) at RAT Raceway and Burlington Dirt works. Best 3 out of 4 races. We will be running a point system based off of number of entries at each race. I.E. 30 racers in a class would mean 30 points to the winner of the Amain. TQ will receive 3 points.

June 21st Race "Colorado State Nitro Series" #2 of 4 RAT Raceway

Rat series Race #4 June 28th (TBA!!!!! THIS MIGHT BE OUR FIRST NIGHT RACE!)

July

Rat series Race #5 July 12th. Gates open at 2pm Racing starts at 6pm!!! (NIGHT RACE)

JULY 19th Race "Colorado State Nitro Series" #3 of 4 Burlington

Rat series Race #6 July 26th. Gates open at 2pm Racing starts at 6pm!!! (NIGHT RACE)


August

Rat series Race #7 August 2nd. Gates open at 2pm Racing starts at 6pm!!! (NIGHT RACE)

Rat series Race #8 August 9th. Gates open at 2pm Racing starts at 6pm!!! (NIGHT RACE)

RAT RACEWAY WILL BE CLOSED AUG 11-22 for State Championship prep!

August 22nd-24th "RAT Raceway 5th Colorado Nitro State Championship!"


September

Rat series Race #9 September 6th. Gates open at 9am racing at 11:30am! (DAY RACE)

September 13th RAT 100 MILE ENDRO Time TBA!~

Rat series Race #10 September 20th. Gates open at 9am racing at 11:30am! (DAY RACE)

September 27th Race "Colorado State Nitro Series" #4 of 4 RAT Raceway

October

Rat series Race #11 October 4th. Gates open at 9am racing at 11:30am! (DAY RACE) LAST RACE OF THE YEAR!!!!! Trophy Prez!!!( NO JOKE THIS YEAR! )

Once the track build is complete they are generally open thursdays for practice and sometimes sundays as well.

ive just been jonesin to get some where differant than longmonts track!!
they say your as fast as those you drive with and right now ive been runin with a bunch of monster trucks!!!! yawn!!!! the track there seeems really simple and to easy

This year we are trying out a few new things! I'm sure everyone will be very happy! The pit area is going to be much better as well TONS OF POWER EVERYWERE and more tables!
