Finding a parts explosion for the Spektrum DX3R

Hello all,

I want to replace the cover to the LCD screen on my radio, but I'll be damned if I can find a part explosion for it.

Any ideas?

Generally items like that are not a serviceable item. If you need to replace the screen, you should probably send it to horizon for service.

Not the screen - just the screen cover.

If you send it to Horizon be prepared for a 2-3 week or longer turn around.

No parts are available from horizons for radios except battery doors that I know of. Try a cell phone place for the plastic sheet stuff.

You can get protective flexible sheets for cell phones and PSPs, etc at wal-mart, bust buy, radioshack. Just look in the mobile device protectors section.

I got mine back in 7 days

I jsut asked - a Spektrum Team Member - there is not one. he say just send it back and they will change it

I've asked too. The reason the aren't serviceable is because of the FCC rules and regulations on radio equipment that requires they be serviced by trained technicians.
