M-Troniks M3 ESC
Anyone used one of these yet? I see they are very expensive but does anyone know if it's worth it?
Also if anyone has any info on how they compare to the Quantum Pro....

Looks nice doesn't it? I like the idea of soldering the servo wires and receiver wires onto it.

its £199.95 over here..... I just hope that I won't have to start converting into Euros (€)

Can anyone give me some updated info on the m3??? How has it worked out? Problems? Durabilty? comparison to other ESC's you've used?? Is the company easy to deal with?? Anybody tried there other high performance models??

The ESC can get a little warm on TC. Except for the size the characteristic of the ESC is nothing really special but it is certianly above average. I've seen 2 of then go a little strange...did not blow up ...simply decided to lose punch. This is a lot less than the number of Quantums I've seen go up in smoke (literally). I currently have one on my 4 cell 1/12...so far so good.
In terms of features...I hate having to reset the TX everytime I want to try out a new punch setting....

The Cube
As you can see from attached pic the speedo is very small(smallest speedo i,ve ever seen)
I,ve been using it since about sept last year maybe alittle longer,anyway from about it,s release date!!
What i,ve found is.........if you want a basic but very small speedo it,s very good.the programs are limited and there are not many,it,s alittle less punchy than some of the competition but is more than likely down to a higher drive frequency being used by the cube!(4.75kHz)
Wiring it is easy provide you use a good high power soldering iron for larger wires and a low power one for the reciever wiring.
that,s about it.but if i was to buy a new speedo today it would be the NOVAK GT7 i,m sure it,s a better speedo
