WOW... I was working on a trade with him on the new 8ight T he said he won, glad that deal fell apart before I got to far into it.

Wow, this is the 2nd Incident of I heard of today when dealing with this guy. Had it happen to a guy I know personally that sent all his stuff and received a completely empty package. Luckily managed to stop the delivery of stuff to THROTTLEDOWN20's house!!!!!!!!!!

I JUST left Fairview at 5 this morning, was there for a few days visiting my folks on way back from a memorial service in Seattle. I thought the "lowandslow" situation was resolved (more or less) so I didn't do any checking while I was there. I'll pass the name on to my dad and see if he can't find anything.

Nope, you're on the honor of the parties to the transaction. That said, if someone is well established, etc I trade pretty regularly.
THIS character, though, is a new user (apparently has a COUPLE new names) with little feedback and offers deals that appear too good to be true. Kinda like hanging a flag out that screams "SCAMMER", but folks flock to it (can't pass up what LOOKS like a "deal") and then wonder what the heck happened.

Just thought I would chime in here, my brother meet this guy in person last month to buy an RC from him, from what I gathered seamed like a good guy 
guess not. He lives in Cougar WA, everything was done via email so he does not have the guys phone number.
I live in Boring OR and send mail out of Fairview quit often and know Dave, I will stop by there and have a chat with him ...... not sure what all can be done on their part but non the less I will talk to him and find out.
Very glad I never got my pm's responded to this time.
