Hara is a really nice guy. I pitted next to him at last year's ROAR Asphalt Nats (he won). He really knows his stuff. He's very quiet, and this may have to do with the language barrier. He's fairly fluent, but I think he's still a little uncomfortable and isn't completely fluent with everyday english. I have his number, but don't think he would be okay with it given out. He races tons and was even at the recent Silver State Nitro Challenge for Offroad. He probably has the most frequent flyer mileage of any racer and takes it serious. Very professional.

Has anyone here raced against Hara, and if so, how good is he? We know he is one of the best worlds drivers, but has anyone experienced a whoop a--ss from Hara at the track, or had a chance to actually catch him but the sun-of a-gun just poofed away from your pressure like nightcrawler?

Hara is an awsome guy he will do any thing to help you if u ask. and at the birds what happened was he just had bad luck with the last turn and broke almost everytime. Amazing that every time he broke he smiled and walked off.
