ok... i found this out the hard way... i burned my paradigm monster stock after 3 runs, too bad, cause i was on pole position.
anyway, got another one and geared it with a final drive of 7. seems ok so far. im pretty impressed with it so far.

i also got the 19T Ti based motor, turned up the timing to 24degres... it ran pretty well.

I tried contacting paradigm to order some motors several times but never got a responce. Tried about once a month 4 times and responce. Not sure if they dont want any business or they just have a problem with their email.

sorry to hear that... last time i spoke with brandon, they were swamped with orders from the trade show, that it depleted their inventory... as a result, we wern't able to receive our entire orders due to that.
also, someone posted that brandon was injured.
hope you can try out their motors soon...

Do you guys mind just emailing each other through the site? Getting "notifications" regarding new posts, only to find it's a PM announcement is a little annoying.

... yeah... gotta agree with that one...
BTW anyone else have other paradigm motors aside from the monster stock, like 19T or mod motors?

I've got a couple of 19T Paradigm motors that I am extremely pleased with. I rebuilt a Fantom 19T with Brandons brush/spring combo and really woke it up as well. Great stuff!!

Paradigm Motors..
Hello everyone...
Brandon had surgery about a week and a half ago and has only recovered enough to be seen but not enough to start winding again. He anticipates that he will be able to resume winding in another week.
Performance wise it seems that Paradigm is one of the few motor companies that incorporate different winding patterns and placement on the blank to match motor design needs. This helps mod motors that may be "torquey" to get some extra rpm's or vise versa. Stock motor wise i have heard nothing but good about his stock motors.
Customer Service wise my experience is that it can be difficult to get through to many rc companies that are not organizationaly large since human resources are at a premium these days.
However, Paradigm is the only one that i know of that will exchange your mod arm for the team arm being used at a big race. So if you have a Paradigm motor and think the team is going faster you can walk up to them, find out what they are running and if it's different from your own Paradigm mod motor they will exchange your arm for you. Plus they give you free rebuilds at the races that they attend or you can send them in for free rebuild for life.
This seems to be pretty unique.
Hope this helps.
