Default Any indoor nitro tracks in the midwest? (Ohio poster)

With fall approaching, I am looking for some places within a 4 hour drive of Columbus Ohio that run nitro during the fall/winter season. I know of the midwest championships in January that run in Jeffersonville Ohio. They only allow nitro indoors for that one race though. Its a blast, and I love that nitro smell LOL. Any other options that you guys know of? I am willing to drive anywhere in the tristate area. Thank you for any info/tracks that you may know of!! Happy Friday guys!

The Ohio rc factory races nitro at least once a month during the fall / winter
good turnouts and some great drivers

Curt posted the winter schedule for The Factory this week. Big Car days are what you're looking for. Nitro can practice on Thursdays.

Saw your comment about wanting to run nitro truggy this winter. Better pickup an electric truck cause there's no turnout for nitro truck except at the Winter Midwest Champs.

The Factory has been racing nitro indoor for many years. Not sure why anyone thought this year was gonna be any different.

I am sorry, I have been out of the RC racing scene since 2013-14ish. I remember one time being told at the RC factory long ago, that I couldnt run nitro indoors due to the fumes in the building or something. Very glad to hear that this is not the case. Thanks for all the helpful responses guys!

You are correct about no nitro at the Factory. They do allow it, but only on certain days. Way back you could show up at the Factory and run nitro whenever they were open. With the rise in popularity of electric, the electric guys bitch about the fumes. Since there are more of them than nitro guys, they win! Lol!!
