why do we have to work around other people race dirt schedule. Thats bs some of our local racer looks forward racing that days. i really dont care what u think it really stupid. i gest i going to put my car back to off roading sence there is NO CONFLICT WITH THERE SCHEDULE. So now i gest i wont have to worry about what weekend is there going to be racing. oval is getting worst. ive been doing it for a very long long time every year just gets bad. its my opinion.

Im not sure what your talking about, when I come up for the winter series the off roaders are waiting for the oval to finish so they can race. And the winter 1/8th series has to run on sundays, which is made up of about 80% out of town racers

If it was t for the off road track you wouldn't have a dirt oval to drive on. How many people generally show up for dirt oval on average. I'm guessing a whole hell of a lot less than show up for off road. Hell, oval and on road combined probably doesn't come close to what off road brings in.

We have been running dirt oval at the same time on Saturdays since 2011. We have historically finished around 5 p.m. with little or no breaks. I pay my $25-$35 entry fee just like the off-road guys do. This should entitle me to my allotted track time to run my races without feeling rushed or being pushed. The Saturday off-road program just started a few months ago. Maybe the off-road start time needs to be adjusted later so you don't have to "wait" so long. Or you could race on Tuesday or Friday night. Many different options for off-road racers.

im not mad alex just trying to figer out whats going on with the race scheduing. it seem there always a change when thing r going smooth. i just look forward of racing. not waiting for a month thats if there isnt any going on this week. i mean there off road on tuesday night and friday night and now saturday night . 3 times a week or 12 times a month. dont get me wrong i know off road is very big here and it draws alot of racers. ive been racing off road. and we have to deal with how the track is when friday is over for saturday racer. we use to race thrusday night now we dont. we race maybe 2-3 times a month how r we supposed to keep racers coming back.

The offroad schedule is messed up for a month too. It's just the way the scheduling worked out. The TCS race, ROAR CARPET NATIONALS, and the BRL race are all kind of a big deal.
I believe we've given Thursday nights a go before and the turnout wasn't there. It started out fine, but faded.
Offroad was split to two nights on the weekends because of Too many entries. If someone wants to come and race mod buggy, their only choice is Saturday night.
As far as the time goes on Saturdays, when I came up with those times I meant for them to "float" a little. 4pm was more of a guess.
When the oval turnout only produces 6 or 7 heats and heats are only 4-minutes, it should only take maybe 45-minutes to complete a round of qualifying. If you have three rounds of qualifying and mains, starting at 11:30, being done by 4pm isn't a whole lot to ask without being "rushed."
When there's a bigger turnout, then yeah, We'll start late. No biggie. It's still better than staying here until 3am on a Friday.
