1/10 Sedan Quick Release wheels

why not just work on a better tire compound with more natural rubber in it so that they last longer and still get great grip when they get hot .
but the racing is better when you put in pit stops for fuel and tires . its a team that wins just like the real thing

a big name company finally came out with a quick release wheels; it's for the team magic G4S. I hope everyone follows it. I would like to see that on my 720

lets see if anybody is interested in this:
I already have a design for this, and it uses the current wheels. The only issue is that I don't have the means to produce it. If someone is a specialist in machining and knows metals, I would be interested in talking to them, or if a manufacture out there is interested in this, they can contact me as well.
It would work on ALL cars, be an option part, but as someone said before, it would not benifit but only a handfull of racers. I have in the past tried to talk to manufactures and they seem to have no intrest, so about a year ago, I gave up on the idea.
If they have changed thier minds, all they need to do is contact me via email.

200 mm custom with clip on wheels
Here are a few photos of my 200mm custom .It has clip on wheels ..

No need to re-design the wheel. Current hex drive wheels can be used in a quick release system. System will not resemble the ones in use by 1/8 & 235 classes.

We all agree that technology will move forward to better things. this is not a bad idea however at what cost? and how often do you need to change tires that needs split second time? us consumers will have to dictate this, when more demands comes up the more pressure to this companies. no doubt in my mind that this will materialize. when? will see in the near future..
