I would be the only one to have 1/8, which is why I'd like it, I'd probably be the fastest one lol...
Good luck and let me know what you are doing ok.
Well I'm still thinking of that 8th setup. I'd really wanna do it and if I sell my stuff I'll try to keep it around eh...$1000. IMO 8th isn't really expensive unless you break stuff and run so hard the foams wear down. I noticed the foams wear down the most outta the box. I let my dry out a bit and they still held good traction on asphalt, but had much less wear. I have like 4 8th guys telling me to join the crew so hehe I keep getting closer and closer..LOL.

HARK
Yeah well I guess the peer pressure is getting to you, but I guess if I had friends here into 1/8 i'd probably join the crew, but I don't, so I'll stick to the R-40 for a while. Try not to sell your car, but instead start from scratch with the 1/8...
did you get the video????

Well honestly I dont know if you are reffering to the OS.18tz, a friend of mine has it on a serpent 705 and it is a fast mover, he is thinking of putting it to his serent 235mm, I guess I scared him off when I told him I was getting that engine as well for my R-40
BTW I mostly buy everything from www.towerhobbies.com or fron www.rcmart.com

Yeah I'm gonna get the 8th for sure only because more of em are showin up at the track. Plus for the other places I'm gonna bash/race a fast enough .12 will cost me as much as sport level .21 that will kick it all around. I'll try to keep the R40 and get rid of everything else since I'm not gettin it just yet.
