But i think serpent will make it, ronald and micheal are really determind to make it work.

Serpent better find a way to pay those bills to those Asian factories, or there will be no parts.........And this company isn't the only one in trouble...

5x8x2.5 are flanged bearings which are used for the side belt tensioner, you should get the 5x8x3.

Can someone please confirm which bearings will work for the WC clutch? So far everyone is saying different sizes. The #1311 recommended by DJ Apolara is different from the one Team Kamikaze recommends. Anyone have any official document for the part number for the bearing?

The WC clutch bell needs 2 kinds of bearings, one 5x10x4mm and two 5x8x3mm and part #1311 contains 2 pieces of 5x8x3mm bearings.

Yes part #1311 contains 2 pcs. 5x8x2mm not 5x8x3mm as I mentioned earlier, but the bearing I use for the WC clutch bell actually measured 5x8x2.3mm (as long as it is not a flanged bearing). sorry for the confusion.

What kind of spurs you have? WC or LC? I have the LC and they are marked with a number...

there are numbers stamped into the plastic. the WC gears are marked with the full number. the LC gears are marked with a single digit. this single digit refers to the last number on the tooth count. so if its marked 1 for 1st gear, it refers to 61, 0 = 60, 9 = 59. same for second gear.

Default second outing with the car

i had my second outing wiht the car yesterday, and im close to having this absolutley dialled in. i TQed for the day, missed the start in the 10 min race and finished 1 second behind 1st. the 15 min main , i had problems in the warm up, and the car was very undrivable. a quick inspection didnt see any belts missing or teeth. so i continued on. missed the start again, and finished in 3rd place. afterwards i found a missing left hand CV. so a 3 wheel drive car for 15 mins. ill get a setup sheet organised during the week, and whoever can try it and see how it goes for them.
