I've never found the need for anything other than a ride height guage, and a camber guage.

you would not want a rear smart diff as when you applied the power out of a corner it would lock up the rear end and cause a Spin out.......the concept of these diffs have been around a Long time..this is just losi's version of them...most racer's would not benefit from one of these imo.

I don't have a Sirio, but on mine (and many others I've seen), it does help to angle the carb a bit. The linkage needs to pull straight out relative to the carb. So the linkage needs to be lined up straight with the carb. As long as the linkage is at the same (or very close) angle as the carb, it should slide without binding.

Interesting to see you're using a flywheel/clutch bell and a brake servo. I guess you didn't like the braking provided by the motor and ESC?

I run an Extech, which is a Sirio based engine. You need to Dremel the top brace for the center diff to get enough clearance to rotate the carb. Mine is Dremeled all the way back to the post, there should be a pic of it a few pages back. Then rotate the carb until the linkage is as straight as you can get it. BE SURE that the linkage is straight when the throttle is all the way open, it will bind if you don't. You also need to be sure that the linkage is level with the servo.

Some people want to retain the brake bias feature, others do it because they like the "feel". The big benefit of retaining the brake servo is it takes alot of strain off the motor/esc. Lowers the temps quite a bit I would imagine.
