Default Refund sent. Now Buyer is trying to pull a charge back to double his refund?

Has any sellers experienced this? I wont say exactly who it is, but if more money is taken out of my account then what is owed I will be perusing Police, and since it is across state lines FBI assistance on fraud charges. Also my selling days on this board are over. Seems nothing is left then thieves and liars. No Thanks.

That seems extreme. Just set a standard in your posts. Something like “25+ positive feedback required for purchase”. It’s up to you on the standards that need to be met.

I would definitely be posting names on that one man.... Shady is shady. Regardless of feedback!

Paypal has settles it. Blocked the attempt at a chargeback, and buyer has been refunded. Case closed. Question now is it worh the hassle to give neagtive feedback to the buyer, or just let it go, and put him on my s\list of flakes and frauds.... Probably just going to leave well enough alone.

We'd all like to know who NOT to deal with in the future. Warrants feedback in my opinion.

As an FYI, the Tech Elite badge was giving us issues a while back, and even persons with low post counts and purchased memberships had received this, as such that could be the case in this one.

I believe if it’s important enough to make a thread about a buyer/seller for all of RCTech to see. It should be important enough to post who the person is so that everyone that “you” wanted to read about can watch out for them.

BIGTIME. I have kept all correspondent from PayPal. I would avoid selling anything to this person.

I know if no cash was exchanged then there is no deal and no feedback should be left - in this case if a deal is done and cash is transferred and then the buyer/seller backs out then is feedback warranted? Seems like its fair to leave feedback right? and in his case neutral if not negative?
