this is what i got
box is not beat up so it did not get damaged during shipping.
the foam build up is typical of a used battery, there is even foam inside of the tube connectors another sign of a used battery, and finally a cracked case!! again this is not new to me.........

The battery was never used and not cracked when I sent to him. I think he cracked it to make a claim with paypal because he thinks it is used. As for the foam I do admit to mounting the battery in my car when I got it but never used the car again and never ran the battery. I offered him a full refund. All he had to do was ship the battery back to me but he decided to keep it. I pride myself on being an honest and reputable individual who treats people the way I would want to be treated and I cannot say the same for this person regardless of his rating. I have a 100% rating with 16 transactions on rctech and 618 on ebay under the name Oneyngjedi with a 100% rating. Also I do not think it is right for this guy to come on here and try to make me look bad after I feel he tried to scam me!!!!

wow seriously!!! you offered me a refund after i sent it back with no guarantee that i would get my money back??? i never said i would keep it either!!! wow!!! as i said i filed the claim then once you respond to the claim ill ship it back you with tracking i will also submit pics to paypal as well as all the PM's we have sent each other..
i cracked it seriously!!! wow!!! your a funny guy
mounting a battery to the car without ever running it(as you claim) does not cause the foam build up or the foam in the tubes or the scratches on the case, or the cracks on the case. i can post more pics if you want?

more proof of a USED battery
i had to use a flashlight to make it easier to see the scratch makes but the carbon fiber look makes it a little difficult, the pic with the tube connector has scratches next to the actual connector its a little hard to see though

It seems to me he wants to keep the battery and get his money back and the world doesn't work that way sorry!
