all u guys need to cailm down. i am sure they are going their best to get it all fixed. you have to understand that doing what they are isent easy and they aare going it for free for us. i would understand all your comments if you were paying for teh coverage but your not. its free so be happy they spent their time and money to try and give you free coverage. and be happy and thank them when they get it working again.
