Wow. They last waaaay longer than that for me, even in mod. They seem to get better with age. They may lose precision a bit, but they don't seem to lose grip.

That is how my older qts32's were. .... they didn't seem to lose grip with age. However, the last two sets I bought were both much faster than the set they replaced. Two weeks ago, I installed a new set of qts 32's and instantly picked up two tenths. This past weekend, I installed a new set again and they felt much better. I re installed the 2 week old set and had a very noticeable drop in traction and the car was way harder to handle. I'm curious about what Sweep has changed with their compound from last year to this year.

EXP-30PPLS have larger diameter than LRP CPX.

Sweep QTS-32 is similar to LRP cpx tires in size and compound.

thank you,

I picked up 3 sets of pre-mount Reedy spec tires, and they're not glued. Were they supposed to be glued?

Traction is high at my local track, so I thought I'd try a few different bodies at yesterday's Club race. Started with the STC6 since it is my go-to body. Had a good first run. Switched to my pf dart body. Found it to be a bit darty (pardon the pun). It turned in a bit too abrubtly for me....made it hard to drive consistently on the high traction surface. Switched to my mazdaspeed 6 after that. The sharp turn-in was calmed down, but I still struggled to find consistency with it. For the main, I switched back to the stc6 body, and everything felt great again. Forrgiving, easy to drive, consistent, balanced. Loved it.
The biggest issue that I have with the lw stc6 is that it is 10g heavier than the lw ms6. Might have to try the 0.5mm stc6 next (will be good on my VBC D06 since it is a heavy car).
