-Caster block changes

The up-grades are very similar.
-Shimming front and rear on 808: yes
-8ight has 2 different ackerman points, same as the 808
-Cant shim the inner on an 8ight, but you can shim the outer
-Caster block changes? Thats not stock on an 808.

The only real difference out of the box on the 808 vs the 8ight is the shimming of the arms, rear hubs, and more shock mount locations.

Why do you need more shock location mounts when most of you guys only use one maybe two holes? lol..

I like 8ight with matrix concepts carbon fiber parts.. I would say get those and get the parts for 8ight off ebay, some people take thier car apart and sell it out of box never used. Which I am doing it for another new project.

I wouldnt know the answers for 808, though I have watched it at ROAR Nationals.. dont see anyone getting above 3rd with 808.

if it needs extra parts (caster blocks) then it is not an "out of the box" change dude.
