Default Quick RC Shop Survey

I'm opening an RC hobby shop in a few months & am looking for feedback about what people expect from their local hobby shop. Below is a link to a survey (only 10 questions - no personal details needed). Any feedback would be gratefully received!

The link doesnt work.

IMO you should stock both losi and AE. And carry an arry or mod/stock motors. Also be sure to keep lots of motor brushes in stock.

first you need to figure out what the people in your area are in to, if everyone there is into electric micros, and all you stock is nitro monster trucks, you arn't going to be very successful,

like for example, the other persons adivce is great, if there is alot of electric around there, but if everyone runs nitro there, having a bunch of stock/mod motors and motor brushes is pointless, since no one is going to buy them,

and one thing to remeber, you can't stock everything for everyone, so dont even try,

Be friendly, polite and helpful. I am constantly amazed at how much bad attitude is given out by some hobby shop owners/employees.

Sorry! Don't know what happened with the link. Hopefully all ok now. Have repasted the link. Shall put it below here as well, just in case...
Thanks alot for all your above comments. Really interested to hear what people want from a shop & what they feel is lacking in current shops.

Why would you expect the owner of the store to purchase thousands of dollars in RC's to let people test drive, and then not be able to sell?
