Default OS 12TZ 5P

Hey all. Has anyone out there had any problems after breaking in this engine?
I followed the break in procedure to the letter and now it won't run anymore. I took the glow plug out and it turns out the entire pinch is GONE. WTF! My guy at the local store he has heard of this before, like a bad batch of these engines. Anyone???????

after the break in process which is at least 10 tanks (3 tanks hanging), that's the time i leaned the high speed needle 1hr per tank until i got a descent top speed. once i got a descent top speed, i then leaned the low speed needle. no problem ever since these break-in settings ever since. sometimes, i adjust my break-in procedure according to the manual that came with the engine
