hey all,

im currently in yr 11 (about a term till yr 12) and am studying design and technology, a course requirement in year 12 is a major design project.

it involves designing and creating something over the whole yr 12 period - thats also including a portfolio of the project itself.

now my question is-

would it be difficult to design an on road 1/10th car, then proceed to build one?
also
i want to do something rc related, are there any other possibilities i could look into?

any help is greatly appreciated, its just interest right now, but could become a reality.

I think a 1/10 or 1/12 onroad pan car should be do-able to design.
As for a touring, I kinda doubt it, it would cost too much money in machining custom/ proto parts.

There a 1/10 pan car/ pantoura/brushless/andsomemore tread somewhere in here. maybe you can check that out for some info.

no idea, im in high school, have other subjects but D&T is by far the most interesting.

just wanted to do something rc related.
