Could be suspension tweak or uneven droop.

Could you have over filled the diff. Most are now using a small digital scale which helps get it correct and for repeatability also.

I know it was mentioned before, but I can't seem to find it. I know the x-rings are good for the shocks, but what are the best bladders?

Yokomo BD8 bladders are a popular choice, those are fairly stiffer than stock bladders, good if you look for more rebound.

Just received my kit on Saturday and have began building. When assembling the pullies, how are you gluing them?

just a few dots of CA glue around, maybe use a pin to dispense.
Chamfered side to the inside.

recommended gear ratios for a medium sized CRC black carpet track? Will be running 17.5 TC. Will be going 64 pitch.
