Default associated rc8b comes pre-assembled?

does anyone know if its pre-assembled and only requires you to install the motor and other minor stuff?

it says on AE's website that is assembled but why does it say its a kit on the box?

thanks.

No the RC8B is not assembled out of the box. The diffs and shocks are assembled but you still have to put oil in them. Everything else you build.

It's still too "pre assembled" for this old coot!

It should come just as a box of bits, no fluids, no crappy tools just a racer in a box.

The diffs and shocks do not come filled, so you can still build them how you like. I can't imagine anyone likes to assemble tie rods. ha ha I can understand not wanting the car completely built, so you can put your own touches on the car and locktite each screw, but the items that come pre-assembled are done right.
