Default LRP Sphere vs Speed Passion Granturismo

I've received some great advise from you guys. So far I've switched Touring cars and been totally happy. Shaun is hooking me up with a lipo. Now I'm torn between getting a speed passion granturismo and a LRP speed controller. Anyone had any experience with these two? I'm planning on using it with a brushed motor for at least a couple of weeks before I get a brusless motor. Any advise would be appreciated.

I don't know about brushed motor use, but I really like my SpeedPassion GT. I am using their 13.5 also and think it is the fastest of the bunch. I don't ever seem to have more speed than everyone else, but just a whole lot more rip out of the corners. The speedo and their motors also seem to run very cool and I don't think there will be any problems with them in the outdoor heat.

Default GT Speedo!

I ran the GT for the first time this past weekend and I can say it is great. I feel it is better than the LRP because the ease of using the programming box that is included with the GT. No more blips to count, just go to each section on the label that is on the front of the programmer and make changes accordingly.

Once I had Kumpol tell me what I needed to do to enhance my programming, the 13.5 Orion Vortex was ballistic.

GT is my choice because of ease of use!!

Thats what I was wanting to hear. I appreciate the input. I've heard good things about the programming being a whole lot simpler.... thanks again
