There is a guy at my track that uses carbon fiber "spacers" when going from truggy to buggy. They pivot under the alignment posts and he just swings them out of the way to go back.

(I hope this is making sense) The front posts don't move, they are shared between the two. When it is time to go to buggy he loosens the back posts and swings a spacer 180° and retightens the post to fit the buggy. It's pretty slick. For some reason I can't get mine to lineup right to do that. Maybe it's because I run a BCE truggy chassis

i keep pegs snug so they slide with friction just tight enough so they dont move easily on their own hopes this helps

That's a good idea. What do you go off of on the chassis? Like on mine I have the pegs to fit around the B plate and the C plate on the RC8B. I Think I have figured out a way to keep the front the same and just move the rear but I'm not sure yet. Your idea works I'd like to know where your lining up for.

im going off the chassis there can be minimal side to side play if car is not square but i have never had a problem just set car/truck and give it a wiggle to settle it square works like a charm for me
