Well, I replaced the layshaft with a brand new titanium one, so that shouldn't be the issue.

Still can't get 2 of the TORX screws out - they're the 2 that hold the piece of aluminum with "20" stamped on it. I wonder if it's not misaligned.

I'll work it over again tonight and see what I can come up with.

Will just run the bearings as is this weekend and go through them before next weekend.

Have to do some hand fitting of parts in the rear suspension. I haven't had to do that since my Losi. Time to break out the sandpaper.

I'm impressed with the design of the car so far. If I can get these few kinks worked out, it should be a darn fine piece of machinery.

Rob

if you use the alum sups mounts, you need to sand a little on the arms so they pivot free... yeah, i'd get those screws outta there, havent had a prob with the ti's tho on the threads...

Anyone use the aluminum rear hubs with the vertical ball studs? I've got a set that I'm thinking of installing, but it won't match y'all's setups.

No stickers, just happy to have super chassis.

Rob, I am using the Alum rear ones, Brian uses the plastic. I don't remember right off hand how high the ballstud is spaced up. Its on the inner hole.
