This is Sanwa MT-4 Special Gold Version w/ RX-471/ SRM-102 Z x 2 packages.
The new MT-4 is the first 2.4GHz pistol grip radio to provide telemetry, industry leading latency, SSR (narrow pulse-width, super fast servo response) compatibility, and 4 channels with advanced programming.
The feature set of the MT-4 is like no other radio in our hobby today.
The real-time telemetry tells you what you need to know when used with the included telemetry receiver.
But the MT-4 will work with ANY Airtronics FHSS-2 and FHSS-3 receiver as well (just no telemetry of course) which means you'll have your choice of affordable aftermarket receivers and high performance ultra-fast racing receivers to use with the radio.

Sanwa Super Vortex Zero Sensored Brushless-Speedo ESC #107A54113A
The Sanwa Super Vortex is a sensor controlled speed control that is suited for Electric Onroad, Electric Offroad and 1/12 Onroad racing. It features a 4.5T motorlimit when operated with 7.4V (2S LiPo) and 3.5T motorlimit when operated with 3.7V (1S LiPo). The Sanwa Super Vortex can be directly programmed from the Sanwa M12 transmitter, when a RX-472 receiver is used.* The Super Vortex offers another special feature for racers using the Sanwa M12 or MT-4 & RX-472 receiver: due to the SSL system (Sanwa Synchronised Link), motor RPM and temperature as well as the speedo temperature can be read out and saved without any additional optional sensor.

Some parts of the Gold Version MT-4 is actually gold in color which is more stylish, but it also costs a bit higher.

From the information we have in hand, there is no upgrade, there is only differences in the colors.
