AeroEnzo
Here's my AeroTech composite rocket engine powered speed run car,
designed for D,E,F reloads......have some stability issues to work out.
Only ran low powered D......might make some vert fins????
Once tracking issues are worked out, I'll step up the power.
No brakes.....servo ejects a parachute out the back, Funny Car style.

TT-01 Gears?
Well sold a TT-01E a while back...
Picked up a roller for cheap off eBay to build as a drifter and eventually I'd like to throw on the Eagle chassis along with a one way. Roller already has the aluminum drive shaft and ball bearings.
My question is I'm dropping a MMP along with a 6900kv 4pole. Tamiya uses their 0.5 mod gears how do I convert to standard 48 pitch?
Thanks,
Alex

So.. I decided to race my TT-01 in VTA. Man, what a great car! I'm not AS fast as the other guys, but getting pretty close. The main thing was the gearing. I made a custom, round motor plate so I could rotate and adjust the gear mesh (like the old losi street weapons). And, I found out if I drilled out the FF03 gear adapter for the shaft... it fit normal gears!!! Wowza! This car is truly an amazing tank of a car!

Sure, it's basically a circular piece that's been ground to be perfectly round. The motor mount is slightly offset so when you rotate it, it makes the motor closer or farther away. It's not perfect and the top doesn't close quite as tight as previously, but it clamps and holds the motor well. I had to grind out a hole for the larger gear in the cover, but I'll take a picture to explain that as well. The biggest part was just making that gear adaptor. Anyone with a drill and a clamp can do it as long as they can drill it straight and not offset. The pin that goes through works real well to hold it in place. The gear covers the pin as well so no worries on it shaking out at high rpms.
