Man u guys are lucky! Support your local tracks cause someday they may not be there. It's 2hrs 15mins one way for me locally and 4-5 hrs usually several times during the winter. We do the 2hr drive all in the same day. Drive there race all day and then drive back. Every weekend! I can't remember the last time we didn't go on the weekend.

I live in Denmark, which is a very small country, so I don't have that far to the tracks.

Next year I'll be racing at GRCC (where the Nordics were held) - that will be 2-3 minutes of driving (Yes, minutes).
My regular racetrack for the past couple of years, has been SMRC, which is about 40 minutes away. For the winter, I'll be racing 1:10 TC in BRC, and that track is about 15 minutes away.

1st is PRCP in Pingree, ND. 1 hour 45 mins.
2nd is Wheels Wings and Hobbies in Mandan, ND. 3 hours drive
This winter I'll be driving 4 hours each way to Staples, MN to drive indoor nitro for a 3 race series.

I don't mind getting away. I just have plan a little more in advance and spend a bit more on gas. It's always worth the drive if I can go race.

My buddy and I drive 60 or 100 miles each way to race at least once a month depending where we race. There is a local track that we sometimes practice on that is about 10 minutes away. It is a small track that is not well maintained.
