Compared to $409 for the 8.5 a jump to $549 for the 9 is a bunch.

Yep, thats why I have not ordered one yet.

Can't put it to much use for the next few months so maybe the price will have come down, there will be actual reports on what the production product is like, and I will not have talked myself into getting something else.

Maybe it's called Hyper 9 because it will be out until 2009??????? Or maybe because it after 9 months announced or maybe because it will finish in 9th place at every track or maybe there only making 9 of them or maybe because????????????????????lololol

I was going to buy one and sell my mbx6 but never mind, it's taking too long!!! I don't want one any more. I heard they are comming out with an 9.5 upgrade kit already.

they are only making 9 of them!!! That's the funniest thing I heard all year, no wait the second funniest thing, the first funniest thing was the newbie guy who filled his diff housing with diff oil, instead of putting the oil inside the diff, they he complained that they weren't sealed good enough and all the oil just ran out all over his house.
