at least with a few good hits they didnt. Alloy chassis, I will be running the low balls all the way around from now on, however for that particular race, I did run the high balls in the rear of the car, however it was better afterwards with the low balls. Ill get a setup posted today something soon.

Here is the set up I ran on Genesis. If you have any questions please ask. This was for medium grip track, that was relatively tight, on a 100x50 size track. Ill let you guys know how it works on a medium bite 36x60 track as well..

Have a GZ2, is there a conversion kit available to get it to the Genesis kit?

I know there is a conversion from the Beta to Genesis. The differences from Genesis to the GZ2 are numerous. The drive train is completely different, as well as the suspension, and chassis, as well as motor mount/servo mount, and steering system. In short it would be possible to convert your GZ2 to Genesis, but youd have 80% of a GZ2 left over. Youd be better off updating the GZ2 to a GZ2 19, or purchasing a Genesis.

We can make you anything as long as you are willing to wait enough time (usually about 2 weeks for something custom). However, the issue is that the conversion would be close to $500.00.
I usually try to have a path to upgrade in between generations. However, the upgrade path to the Genesis was via the Beta, which was the upgrade from the GZ2. Upgrading from essentially 2 gens back is tough. I will say though, the "2019" conversion for the GZ2 is nice, and won't break the bank. I'll have some pics as soon as I build me a new one over the next week or two.

Had a killer testing day today at the track. This was the first time I got to run the car in full Genesis, non prototype spec.
What a pleasure it is to drive. It does everything the prototype did, but better. The VTD was great in the mod car. The car was so stable and composed, with plenty of steering even though I never ran brand new tires on it. On the stock car I ran the fastest times I had done at Porter on a day where the grip was less than ideal. The car had sooo much steering. The new motor mount was super awesome and adjusting it allowed me to fine tune the rotation of the car really well.
I ran PSS shocks on both cars. Started with the SLP length in the stock car and ULP in mod. I ended up swapping them and ran like that the rest of the day. The SLP gave much more steering and rotation than the ULP, so they worked well with the VTD car. ULPs were so tame and stable, it was actually really surprising.
I'll post a set up tomorrow with a good starting point for asphalt.
